Our web site appreciates its clients and respects their privacy. We gather information about our clients because we want to improve our experience in the commercial realm and to communicate with you about our products, our services, our competitions and our promotions. Our web site admits that the information about our clients must be maintained and used in a respectable way. We do not sell and we do not rent information that you provide us online to a third part. Still, we mention the fact that under certain circumstances your information can be shared to a third part.
The present commitment describes the type of personal information about you that we stock, why we stock this information, how we use this information and when we share this information to a third part. This document also describes your options about the way we stock and use your information. Occasionally, we participate to programs of surveillance, loyalty and other similar ones.

Out of reasons concerning the improvement of the personal character of our service (for example, offering you the best recommendations or special offers that might interest you), we might receive information about you from other sources and add them to the information that we already have about you. Also, sometimes we receive information from our collaborators or other sources, so that we could easily deliver the next order or so that the next communication could be more efficient. If our privacy policy modifies, the changes will be announced either through direct communication with you or will be posted on our web site. We will announce any kind of such changes, before using information about you in a way that was not previously described in our privacy engagement. When such a change intervenes, you will be able to choose if you want or not for your information to be used in the new way. We can contact you to show you our new products, the changes that appear on our web site or the news concerning our partnership with other companies. We can choose for you to be deleted from our e-mail addressees, contacting us to office @ einvest.ro. Still we inform you that this procedure takes up until 4 weeks in order to be efficient.

The credit cards’ security

We work so that we might protect your information while being transmitted through SSL software –Secure Sockets Layer, which codifies the information that you introduce.
We reveal only the last 4 or 5 digits of your credit card when we confirm an order. Of course, the complete number of your credit card is transmitted to the right credit card company while your order is being processed.
It is very important for you to protect yourself from any unauthorized access to your password or computer. Make sure you have selected the sign off option the moment you finished using the information from a computer in the network.

Protecting the security of the information about your credit card: our priority

We use security of the SSL type (Secure Sockets Layer), in order to protect the security of your credit card while the information on it is transmitted to us. SSL is the absolute champion of the of the encoded technology on Internet, which is a very elegant way of saying that it is a very sophisticated modality of mingling your data as they come from your computer to our web sites servers.
If someone steals information about your credit card or uses your credit card on our site in an unauthorized way (in accordance with the decisions of the company which is in charge with your credit card) – without your fault – we will cover up to 50$ of the taxes that the company which is in charged with your credit card does not cover. We reassure you that w will do everything in our power so that this process could develop as easily as possible.

Your credit card company, respectively your bank

In accordance with the terms of the contract you signed (Fair Credit Billing Act), the bank or the company in charged with your credit card cannot penalize you with more than 50$ if your credit card was used in an unauthorized or illegal manner. Your responsibility for the unauthorized using of a credit card can be bigger, but the large majority of the credit card issuers apply the same limit of 50$ at their credit cards. If your bank penalizes you with a sum bigger then 50$, our company covers the imposed tax up to 50$. Our company offers you this partial cover only if the unauthorized usage of your credit card happened in one of our virtual stores, and you have no fault for this.
Attention: if the unauthorized usage of your credit card is practiced, your are obliged to announce the issuing company, in accordance with the contract that you have with the company.

How can you be sure that the information on your credit card is safe?

In order to be sure that you have accessed our security server, before introducing private financial information, check the left corner of your browser. If you see an unopened key or a closed lock (depending on the browser you have), then the SSL system is active. In order to repeat the verification of the security system, check the URL or the location line of your browser. If you have accessed a security server, the first letters of the address should modify from “http” to “https”.
Certain versions of browsers and firewalls do not allow communications through the security servers that we use in order to process the orders of our virtual stores. If you cannot access the security server, regardless of the reason, please send us your order through e-mail at office@ einvest.ro. The representatives of our customer service will provide you the needed assistance.
